All ready to ship orders will be in the post within 3-4 business days. 'Made to orders' usually take 2-3 weeks. Custom orders take 3-6 weeks depending on the time of year. Send us a message for current turnaround times.

To maintain the quality of your jewelry you should: 1. Always remove jewelry before entering water. 2. Avoid sharp blows, this can break the stone and bend the metal. 3. Remove before applying lotions or perfume. 4. Store jewelry in package when not being worn. 5. Some stones may change colors over time due to oils in the skin. 6. When cleaning avoid detergents, use warm water and mild soap. 7. Polish with soft polishing cloth suitable for jewelry. - Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time. Message me to have your jewelry clean, polish or have your setting tightened. - If your jewelry breaks please reach out, if I can see it was an issue on my end I will work out something with you.
